KNH Properties is a Michigan based, family-owned business which purchases old, dilapidated residential property that is in need of repair, renovates and then resells it.

The client wanted a simple, contemporary yet elegant wordmark which focused on its business name, which is an acronym based on the initial letters of its owners.

Out logo designers, who are specialists in logo design for real estate businesses, developed multiple logo concepts and presented them to the client. The client chose one of the residential company logo concept and after due modifications, approved the logo presented here.
