Fill out logo design order form
You initiate the logo design project by filling out the online logo design order form that will provide us information regarding your project. The more information we have about your preferences, the easier it would be for us to develop effective and relevant concepts matching your requirements. For this, we request you to fill out the form in as much detail as possible. Please also feel free to go through our logo portfolio to enhance your vision for the logo and to provide us any specific preferences.
At this time, you will also be asked to choose your design package, optional add-ons and to make project payment equal to 50% of the chosen package price.
After we have received intimation of payment from the credit card company, a confirmation email of your order will be sent by to your address by the project manager assigned to you. If your project brief lacks some information, the project manager will also ask you to provide such information. Our design team will also commence work on the development of the initial logo design concepts.
Logo Design Concepts
In four business days, we will develop and present for your review 3 to 8 initial concepts (depending on the selected package). For this purpose, we will create an account for you on our servers through which you will be able to review and choose a concept for any further work. Your project manager will send an email which will contain your account information (user ID, password) and instructions on how to review and provide your feedback.
Logo Design Revisions
After choosing a concept, you may request modifications to that particular concept. These modifications can relate to any part of the logo, that is, illustration, typography, layout, colors etc. We will incorporate these requests within two business days and will present the modified designs for a further review. The number of revision rounds will depend on your chosen logo package.
Logo Finalization and Deliverables
After you are satisfied with the modifications, we will finalize your logo and prepare your logo deliverables, which will contain your logo files in multiple web and print-ready file formats. Before shipment of your package, you will be requested to pay the remaining 50% package price. Your package will be shipped upon confirmation of your payment.
Stationery and Web Design
After your logo is completed, we will commence work on business stationery design, web site or any other optional add-ons that you have purchased. These will follow the same concepts > feedback > revision process cycle as in logo design.
